If your product is defective, immediately inform us via email including a photo/video of the product that shows it being defective. You may email us at email@example.com
Based on the submitted photo/video evidence, we will determine if your product is eligible for item replacement or refund.
Lastly, non-damaged items or items that have been delivered incorrectly are not eligible.
If your product is defective, there is no need to return the item. You can either:
1. Request for a refund (please refer to the Refunds section).
2. Request for replacement of items that are considered damaged or defective.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, there is no need to return the item. We will refund the item cost if it is deemed damaged or defective.
We can refund the item cost for up to 30 days from the date you received it.
